Bioinformatic-Oncology Postdoctoral Fellow
Role Overview
Join our team as a Bioinformatic-Oncology Postdoctoral Fellow, where you’ll analyze high-dimensional data like single-cell RNA sequencing and spatial transcriptomics. Your findings will contribute to our understanding of cancer treatment including immunotherapy and targeted therapy, with access to comprehensive clinical annotation data. Collaborate with oncology experts and innovate new approaches to transform cancer treatment.
Key Qualifications:
- PhD. degree or equivalent experience in bioinformatics, biostatistics, statistics, genomics, computational biology, computer science, artificial intelligence, or a related field.
- Proficiency in at least one statistical programming language (Python/R/Matlab).
- Experience in high-dimensional data analysis.
- Strong methodological training in statistics.
- Prior experience with single-cell data is desirable.
- Be in good physical and mental health, with an age generally under 35 years old.

Pay Range: 150,000 ~ 200,000 CNY
The pay range for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience. The hospital provides start-up funds for postdoctoral research, with an additional 20,000 CNY for those who pass the mid-term assessment and 30,000 CNY for those who are deemed to be excellent in the assessment.
