Research Topics:
Emotiaonal Distress and Cancers
The study explores the impact of emotional stress on the efficacy of cancer immunotherapy, examining the relationship between emotional stress and the tumor immune microenvironment, and proposing a new model that combines biological-psychological factors (Psycho-biomarkers) to predict therapeutic outcomes. Additionally, it evaluates the potential of emotional stress interventions in enhancing immunotherapy efficacy and promotes the application of a multidisciplinary bio-psycho-social medical model in cancer clinical treatment.
The research group focuses on precision treatment of lung cancer, exploring personalized treatment strategies based on genetic mutations, molecular biomarkers, and tumor microenvironment characteristics. The aim is to improve treatment efficacy, reduce side effects, extend survival, and enhance quality of life through targeted therapies and immunotherapies. The group is also dedicated to discovering new targets and combination treatment strategies.
